Integrated Graphic Card GMA960 VS GMA965

I am a little bit confused.

I ordered 2 T61 with integrated graphic.
One comes with :
42X0905 ** SBB INTELGMA960W/1394, SMARTCARD

The other with:
42X0817 SBB INT GMAX3100 GM965W/WWAN

Are these 2 graphic card different? If so, what are their differences?
