SOLD: 512MB (2x256MB) DDR PC2700 laptop memory

Up for sale is a matched pair of 256MB DDR PC2700 laptop memory modules, i.e. a total of 512MB. It is backward compatible with PC2100 systems. The brand is Samsung with part # M470L3224FT0-CB3. CAS latency is 2.5. Both have been tested to work great. $21 shipped for both or $11 shipped for just one module.
