Recovery CDs

#1 Post by wakka2u » Mon Jul 02, 2007 12:14 am

Just wondering if the recovery CDs for a Z60 could work on the Z61?? I use to have an R51 that could use the R50's recovery CDs.

You can make one set of recovery CD or DVD with your present factory load. If you have no access to make a recovery CD/DVD or if you are trying to recover a crashed HD...why not try the the Z60 recovery disks?

i was planning to buy the Z60 recovery cds off ebay for $50 since i replaced the hard drive without making a copy of the factory load. I ended up buying 60GB hard drive for the z61m (under $35) which i hope still has the factory load to make my recovery cds with.

many thanks for the reply!
