Help... no on screen displays when using FN keys

#1 Post by codeblue2k » Tue Jul 03, 2007 12:31 pm

Ever since I rebuilt my notebook I dont get any on sceen displays when I press the FN key and F-button. For example when you normally press FN + F5(wireless button) the wireless manager normally comes up and when you press FN + F7(presentation button) the presentaiton director comes up. This does not happen on my laptop. I have to open the applications manually from the start menu. If i look at the presentation director settings it has the "Show me the Choose Display Scheme" when Fn + F7 is pressed. So im not sure whats going on exactly. Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

Have you installed the Thinkpad utilities and drivers for those keys?
