T60 XP Clean Install: Driver Problem

#1 Post by BigPaul2006 » Wed Jul 04, 2007 5:45 pm

Hey everyone, this is my first time posting so bear with me. I just did a fresh install on my T60 2613-EBU. Most everything is working fine except for two things:

I nolonger see the green on-screen notifications whenever i change volume, etc.

Whenever I press Fn+F5, I nolonger get that black dialog box

Which driver do i need to download to get these to work? I've been using System Update v3 but it isnt listing them. Thanks

For the green on-screen volume display, you will need the 'Thinkpad Hotkey' utility.

for the other part you need to install the IBM drivers for your wireless card, drivers from intel or the others wont work, so download and install the latest drivers for your wifi card and it'll work then.
