Which of these is the ultralight screen

TMD (Japan) 13N7092
Heads 13N7094
Samsung 13N7096
CMO 42T0343

I looked up mine and it was the CMO 42T0343. I'm sure it's not it.

the TMD 13N7092 is

The UltraLight usually is a TMD (Toshiba Mitsubishi Display) screen.

Look into the X61 series hardware maintance manual and you know. - Yes, I'am pretty sure!

You can also see here, from the following X61 series list, that every Ultralight panel entry has a leading TMD.
