usb 2.0 drivers

ok i am sure this answer is around here some where, but i have yet to find it....i have a r40 and i upgraded the hard drive, but now the usb ports only function @1.1 speed can someone please direct me to the drivers to turn these into 2.0 ports please......in advance than you all for your help in this matter as for all the support this forum offers

I'm taking it you install the driver from Lenovo's site? All the drivers for your machine would have been located in the IBMTools folder if you have it.

When I upgraded my hard drive I installed System Update from the lenovo website and let it update all the drivers.
