X31 LCD Case in X30

Hi all,

can I use X31 LCD Case (Rear and Front) in my X30? In other words, are these X31 parts:

usable in my X30?

They are listed as (2) different part numbers here;

This is true but...are there any differences (i.e. dimensions) between X30 and X31 LCD Cases?

Call Lenovo and ask. I have no idea what the exact differences would be, but there must be some or else they'd be the same part #. It shouldn't be hard to find the dimensions of each somewhere online ...

Fisrt of all, thanks a lot for your replies

This LCD case has P/N: 46L4671 and as reported here, here, here and etc., it is compatible with both X30 and X31
