How to access a set of T42 Recovery disks

Dear ThinkExperts

I need access to a set of recovery disk of an entry model T42 2373-5WJ. The machine came with Japanese version of the WinXP and I have promptly prepared a set. But I need the English version too. Is it possible for some kind soul to order a set from IBM and have it shiped to a US address. Or to prepare a set and to snail mail it. I am in Japan, but a friend is going over there for a short visit next week. So his address can be used. Ordering this in Japan seems impossible as they ask for the machine serial number which will result me getting a Japanese version. I shall pay for your cost.

Or please inform if it is possible for me to order online from any source and to have it shipped to him in USA or to me in Japan.
