FS: Mobile Intel Pentium 4 Processor - M 2.4 Ghz

Processor is new in sealed Intel box. (Boxed on 2/13/2004) and carries
a 3 year warranty directly from Intel. This is a 478 pin Micro-FCPGA,
400 MHz FSB, 512 L2 Cache and supports Speedstep Technology. I
bought it to update an A31 but instead sold the notebook and got some-
thing else. I don't have a use for it now and could use the cash. I will
accept PayPal and have a perfect 100% feedback on 69 transactions on
eBay. Asking $200, includes Priority three day shipping by USPS.

FWIW, this is a slam-dunk upgrade in either an A31 or a T30.

The performance increase on one of the 1.6GHz machines is far greater than the .8GHz increase in clock speed would lead you to assume.

With care and attention the swap takes about 15 minutes to perform, although I know of at least two denizens of the Forums that have done it in around 5!

Really breathes new life into any of the sub 2GHz machines.
