Problem with Battery level

Hi everybody

with my T41, I have a kind of shift between what indicates Windows and the real level of the battery: once the battery is at 100%, it spends 15 minutes to down to 0%, but I can use it with a 0% level still 1 hour and 2. Is there any way to fix this ?
