BIOS image file cannot be found

I'm trying to update the BIOS on my system, using the ThinkPad BIOS Flash Utility version 3.15 (that's the one available on http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... 67971.html right now).

When I click on Update ThinkPad Bios, all I get is an error message stating: "BIOS image file cannot be found. The utility process has not completed."

I know that I can use the BIOS Update Bootable CD alternative, but this should work. Or not?

Any ideas?
