Password Manager Disappeared

I don't know if this has happened to others, but I did a Thinkvantage software/drivers update. After I did, the password manager no longer boots up and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I also am unable to get client security solutions to start. The title info comes up and then nothing happens.

I don't know if this is a vista issue or thinkvantage issue.

I would appreciate some help if anyone has any.

I had the problem with ATI graphic card driver before, and I didn't get to solve the problem, so I reformatted it back to the factory state (it's only a week after I got it). After that, I did the system update one by one (I believed multiple updates at one time might have caused the problem.) Maybe uninstall client security center, and reinstall it might fix your problem?
