T61p with Ultimate-64 bit... is it an option?

How come all I can seem to find is business with 64 bit. Do they offer ultimate 64 bit? I am planning on running 4GB of ram.

Don't think it's an option, you can reinstall ultimate 64 using the same key I think if you can find an ultimate 64 disc, at least that's what I'm planning.
