Vietnam Documentary- "The Weight" (Video Link)

#1 Post by dsigma6 » Tue Jul 17, 2007 10:30 am

A coworker of mine has devoted thousands of hours over the years, compiling hours of raw footage and hundred of pages of scripts. He's working on getting this documentary to market, and here's a sample 8 minute clip on youtube.

"The Weight"

As the clip contains interviews with Vietnam vets and their experiences, it does contain some profanity.

Enjoy, and leave feedback here that I'll pass on to the creator.

That was pretty interesting (and well done) ... would like to see more, for sure.

P.S. I think the official US spelling is "Veterans day" (UK spells it "Veterans' Day").

Interesting stuff. A school mate of mine graduated Parris Island last year at only 18. He said when you come out of Marine boot camp little phases you.
