HD and LCD compatibility i-series and T21

#1 Post by longfellow6-6 » Thu Jul 19, 2007 8:31 am

I have a T21 with a busted LCD and a borrowed HD from my dead T30
I found an i-series 1400. Type 2621-560
It is reasonably priced and local.
How can I check if the LCD and the HD are compatible
The i-series has a problem with repetitive shutdowns but I hope it might meet my needs

Thanks in advance for the help. This group is great

Well, the HD is definately compatible...all the PATA hard drives are.

As for the LCD...I am going to say possible, but it will depend upon the resolution of the LCD, and what your T21 takes.

I took an LCD out of an i1400 and put it into a T20 without any problems. (both were XGA)
