What type of drive is shipped for 5K 160GB ? Big delays?

Does anyone know what kind of drive Lenovo is shipping for its 160GB ?

Has anyone actually received one on a thinkpad? (the website customization states the 160GB is delayed)

I ordered two T61s and both came with 160GB Hitachi drives (TRYS B160 HGST - FRU#42t1419).
