Just needing the CDs mentioned in the subject line. My T23 has a Win 2K Pro COA and my T42 has an XP Pro COA. Either originals or copies will be fine.

I can pay non-CC Paypal and eBay feedback available for viewing here.

I have a Labtec Media Desktop wireless keyboard and mouse listed on eBay that I'm happy to offload as a trade (part or full, whatever is negotiated) for the discs or sell separately for $20 US plus reasonable shipping to your location.

Bump - T42 CDs are on their way to me thanks to jargoone, but still looking for T23 CDs. Keyboard and mouse are still available for sale or trade.

Source for T23 CDs found, thanks to Brad. This thread can be locked - I'm letting the eBay auction for the keyboard and mouse take its course.
