T40 compatable motherboards.

I would like to know what T4x series motherboards are compatible with a T40 Type 2373-72U with motherboard FRU: 39T5400.

Any T40/T41/T42 board will work. Your T40 probably has PC2100 memory. A t41/T42 board will take PC2700 RAM, but it will slow down (same speed as T40) to use your PC2100 memory.
