I have a X31 which I run in a dual-monitor mode (external IBM 20" flat panel at 1600x1200 native resolution plus 12" X31 screen).
I am thinking about getting a X40. Would the Intel graphics "solution" be able to do the same? (I assume yes.) Would it be able to handle 1900x1200 external monitor (many of the newer widescreen 23"-24" models) plus 12" X40 screen *simultaneously* (in a dual-monitor mode)? (I assume no.)
Thanks for your help in advance!

I just bought a Dell 2405fpw lcd. with a max with a native res of 1920*1200 but I can't get it to run at 1920*1200. I've installed the latest video driver off the IBM site and dell monitor driver. But the highest monitor res I can get in dual setup is 1600*1200.
Anyone know how to make it run at 1920*1200 externally? Am I doing something wrong? The slider in display settings only goes as far as 1600*1200.
