Battery Warranty Replacement

Is this normal?

After 74 cycles (07/04 manufacture), the full charge capacity of my Sanyo battery is 40.53, which is just over 85% of design capacity. At this rate, my battery will barely hold half its full charge (if that) by the 1 year mark.

What does IBM require for replacement? Is there a level below which it will replace the battery?

All I can say is "count your luckies!" I've got a mere 30 cycles and I'm at 39.93 . . . I'm hooped!
