Missing Lenovo 3000 V100 User Guide

Has anybody ever lost their on-disk User Guide for the Lenovo 3000 V series? It used to be accessible via the Lenovo Care application but now when I click on that application it pops up a window showing Quick Links, Resource Center and Message Center, just as before, but now there are now items listed under any of the headings. Nothing I click on will bring up the Users Guide.

I went to the Lenovo support website and found several .pdf versions of the Lenovo 3000 Setup Guide, the Hardware Maintenance manual, etc. but no Users Guide file is listed.

Is it possible that IBM/Lenovo doesn't make the Users Guide available for download? Would that make any sense?
