2 boxes sent from EasyServ

Sadly I have to send in my T60 for repairs to EasyServ : [. However, they sent me two boxers for my laptop; is this normal?

It happens some times. Did you place the service call online or Phone?
T60 2623-D7U, 3 GB Ram.
Dual boot XP and Linux Mint.

They sometimes will send two boxes or 3 (more than 1) pre-paid shipping labels so that IF in case the machine still needs further repair after 1st job you can send it back again and they'll continue dealing with same case #.
