Quick Question regarding atheros draft-n chip

#1 Post by kimo » Mon Jul 30, 2007 1:13 pm

I couldn't find a post answering this question, but is the atheros draft-n chip (FRU#42T0825) compatible with other laptops besides thinkpads? Can it be installed on any laptop with a mini-pci-e slot?

I believe so... I know of at least one other manufacturer (Fujitsu) that offers Atheros-based wireless cards.
570 --> T20 --> T40 --> T43 --> T61 (4:3) --> T400 -->T420 --> T440p + X240
