Fn+F3 problem to turnoff display

Hi everyone;
I have T60-2623-kfu and have some problem with it! ;)
when I want to turnoff display, it is failed without any alarm,
and it seems usage of memory is too high near 90%,
please help me,

You need the Hotkey utility driver and ACPI Power Management driver for this to work. I assume you are talking about Windows XP?
