08/2007 - TP buyers are lucky; many options in Marketplace!
I just wanted to say that if you have $450 or more to spend on a used TP, now is about the best time I've seen for our Marketplace.
There must be a dozen or more sweet machines available with more being listed daily. I have three for sale there myself.
The potential buyers have it good.

With T41/P's in excellent condition creeping down into the $500-600 range in Marketplace, I agree it's a good time to buy.
Great observation. I have sold 1 T41 and 2 T41ps in the last month, and prices were between 400-500 for all machines. This is a great time to buy!

Nice advertisement, underclocker!
I kid.
There truly is a great assortment up for sale, and If I didn't have a baby due in less than 3 weeks, I'd be drooling over something.
I wish the T23's at rock bottom prices would show up again...

I really must agree too, it is so tempting and on the other side really annoying not to be able to buy one because of unsuficient funds
I really hope such good offer come again in 3-4 months. ... (please)

Seeing I'm content with my portion of IBM's output right now (and have hardly the money to spend
, all I do is just take a cursory glance and know that the buyer will be satisfied. Only thing I don't like is the occasional lowballers, who need to IMO just take a step back and let the item either sell or not sell...

Well, technology prices almost always climb down. I'm willing to bet TP prices will be lower in 3 monthsunderclocker wrote:I just wanted to say that if you have $450 or more to spend on a used TP, now is about the best time I've seen for our Marketplace.
