T42 vs T60 build quality - metal alloy lid ?

Does a T60 (14.1") have a metal alloy lid ? How does it compare in build quality to a T42 ?
HP NC8000 UXGA; Dell Precision M90 WUXGA; R50P UXGA

I have both T42 and T60, and, yes,they all have alloy lid. I feel they have same build quality which is good.
