BIOS: Flash over Lan + Internal Network Option ROM ?

I've just disabled Wake up on LAN hoping that will take care of battery drain issues with my T41.

Do you all leave Flash over Lan and Internal Network Option ROM enabled or disabled in this BIOS ???

Are there any other sources in standby or hibernation mode that may use battery power?
