For sale are 2 Viking RAM 256 MB , PC100, 16 chip SODIMMs.

I found these under my keyboard lost and forgotten, one was supposed to go to the buyer of my old 600E thinkpad and the other was never claimed. They have KINGMAX memory chips.

UPDATE: On a thinkpad 600X, they cause the machine to post one long beep and a single short beep. I don't think that they are in good working condition so I'm selling as-is. They may have a warranty with KINGMAX or Viking however.
