From the summary of changes, it does not look critical.

* (New) The TPM chip for Rev.D is supported. (BIOS)
Note: BIOS update on the PC with Revision 0D TPM chip and with 7BETD1WW BIOS or later versions to 7BETD0WW or older versions is inhibited.
* (Fix) Even if the password was not actually changed under CSS (Client Security Solution), a message showing it being changed may appear and authentication may be failed even by entering the password. (BIOS)
