My desk and IBM "tools"

#1 Post by DoctorLondom » Wed Aug 08, 2007 11:21 pm

I recently got a T41 and I figured I'd show it off (along with some other IBM stuff of mine).

Great setup.

I have an IBM model M too (label says 1989!) and it is sill WAAAAAAY better than any other keyboard. I don't use it though, because all my roommates complain heavily about the noise. So sadly I have it packed it and it sleeps in the shelf.

I love those old school keyboards, reminds me of the earlier computing years.

that is pretty much awesome!

I have a model m myself, the fancy rare version with a speaker, for AIX3, that I use quite often, despite being hassled by the noise. If only it had a "windows" key so I could use it more easily on my macs (which are kvm'd with the rest of my stuff).
