Desktop Keyboard

#1 Post by Takumi » Thu Aug 09, 2007 9:42 am

I love the way the keyboard feels on my Thinkpad T43p and I'm trying to find one that feels the same for a desktop. The only difference I would want is to have the 'Ctrl' key in the bottom left corner rather than in between the 'Fn' and 'Alt' Keys. Any suggestions?

FRU# 09N5590

CTRL is bottom left corner but does not have FN key.

Still I like the feel of this keyboard.

Good luck.

I have model # 02R0403. Has FN in bottom left and CTRL, a number pad, track point and touch pad. Woud have preferred one with the trackpoint only, but couldn't find such a model.

With the exception of the missing on/off button, the main keyboard is identicial to the NMB on my T43p. First rate in all respects.

Reo51St: Those keys are really high, I'm looking for something that is low and has that 'clicky' feeling.

andrewb: Can't find anything about that model. You have any links?

My keyboard is the UK English version, as shown here:

The US version appears to be 02R0400, if I am interpreting this page correctly:

Oh cool, the UltraNav really isn't neccessary though. I would buy it but the Ctrl key isn't in the corner :(
