Maybe the Unknown Device is because the bluetooth software is not installed? I couldn't see any devices for bluetooth in the list, but since i don't know what type of T41 this is i don't know if this model got bluetooth at all.

If you cannot find out i guess it's easier to give you some suggestions if you give us the type as well. Should find it somewhere under the computer in the format XXXX-YYY.

That machine does in fact have a bluetooth MPCI card in it. Here are the drivers;

Do a forum search for 'widcomm' and try to install the widcomm bluetooth stack, it works better. If you don't have any bluetooth devices, ignore the unknown devices. There would be no point to installing the drivers if you don't use bluetooth.

i installed both the Intel and the ACPI thing.

tried google the deviceid and come back nothing.

read your email, removed the logitech but not the unknown device.

tried to use unknown device identifier but nothing as well.

very strange indeed.

Open up the 'Thinkpad Configuration' tool (Thinkvantage) and see if anything is disabled there. If there is enable the device to see if one of them is the unknown device. Also check in BIOS (hold down F1 on boot) to see if anything is disabled.
