IBM USB 2.0 CD-RW/DVD-Rom Combo Drive PN 22P9195 FRU 22P9209

From what I can learn there is suppose to be a USB / POWER Cable available for this external drive but I can not find out where to find one, or something compatible.

Any clues?

It works well with separate USB & Power cables but I would very much like one cable so it can be powered by USB only.

It can't just power itself from the USB port?

Sorry if I did not phrase the question more clearly.

It came with no USB cable only a power cable. So I use a USB cable (one end is a mini connection) that I had but it only transfers data, does not power it. Looking on line I see that there is a USB cable that would do both (data & power).

What I'm looking for is the cable, either OEM or compatible.
