10.4.10 Working?

#1 Post by FONMaster » Sun Aug 12, 2007 6:23 am

I've gotta admit that I'm really interested in the new iLife & iWork stuff. It looks fantastic. But they require 10.4.10. I've been running JaS 10.4.8 for a bit of time (thanks for all that contributed to getting it working on the T60) but I've tried uphuck 10.4.9 1.3 to no success, and a couple of different methods of getting 10.4.10... to no success either.

Does anyone have a working 10.4.10 on a T60? Any hints?

Thanks!

Working ... but Ethernet stopped functioning

#3 Post by Focher » Sun Aug 19, 2007 7:33 pm

I was able to install OS X and upgrade all the way through 10.4.10 - which is what I needed for my iPhone to be supported.

The only thing that isn't working now is the Ethernet, which functioned fine under 10.4.8 and 10.4.9.

I used:

1) JaS 10.4.8
2) JaS 10.4.9 Updater
3) 10.4.10 Updater available

I read a post on hackingtosh.org that said you don't have to go to .10, you can hack the ilife install. go take a look over there.
