Max. external screen resolution with T30 ATI 7500 16Mb

I have a T30 with the ATI 7500 chipset and 16Mb video RAM. I also have the Mini-Dock with DVI connection. It works with my existing external screen, but that's not widescreen and "only" 1280x1024. Would a modern widescreen panel of resolution 1920x1200 work with this machine? How about 1680x1050? Running Windows 2000. Only looking to do office work, no games.
