Creating recovery CD for T40

I just installed a new mobo in my T40. I am now wanting to back up and make a recovery CD for the hard drive. Does any one have this info?

You can download the Rescue and Recovery software from the Lenovo website that will allow you to make and restore backups, as well as create recovery media. If you would rather just obtain the T40 recovery discs, let me know.
