Question for T61 media graphics

I ordered one T61 and its configuration displays that it has Intel GM 960 w/1394. However, I found that for some T61, they are Intel GM 965 w/1394. What is the difference? When I ordered the notebook, the website showed that it should be the latter one, but the notebook I received is the former one. Anyone can explain that for me? Thanks.
