Netgear takes age to load in system tray.

My Netgear wireless PCMCIA card software always loads last, after a period of apparent inactivity, in system tray when booting from hibernation. This is under Win2k OS. It is listed under start up in msconfig.

Are their any settings to speed up the connection?
