Hello! I need know is this module of RAM is compatible with my thinkpad 600e 2645-4AX.

One (1) Chip 256mb 144-pin SODIMM made by Patriot Memory.

Part number PSS25610016S. Tested and guaranteed not D.O.A.

* 32Mx64= 256 mb
* unbuffered
* 3.3v
* non-ECC
* standard 1.25"/3.2cm tall module
* 8 chips on each side, each 16Mx8 (i.e. low 16M density)
* both PC100 and PC66 compliant (at cas 2 and 3)
* gold leads

Somebody that knows is this memory works in my laptop, actually a bought a 64MB PC100 module that works in my thinkpad.

Yes. A 16-chip 256MB PC100 module will work in the 600E.
