A22M Bios

I just recieved a used A22M that i won on EBAY. The only problem is that the bios is password protected is there any easy way to reset the the bios password to none. If not am i going to have a problem when i install Win2k on this machine. Thanks

Do you have the current password. If not refer to this

If you do you can go into the bios and reset from there. Use the FAQ's to follow links to download the Hardware Maint Manual.

If the auction hasn't stated that the BIOS is passworded, you should return the laptop to the seller...that's a big enough issue for "not as described" return...

If you knew that there is a password, well, good luck.
