Intel (Intel Active Management ) AMT Issue

Once you enable Intel Active Management Technology(AMT)
in BIOS, you may encounter that

new hardware found
"PCI Serial Port"
"PCI Simple Communications Controller"

in your Device Manager.

You may not have drivers automatically, too.

Please go to

Lenovo web site download following drivers and install them:

And if you are not an IT shop.... You don't enable it in the first place.
