T43 and external monitor

I'm going to buy LCD display and I want to choose WUXGA (1920x1200 resolution) model.
First, I will use it with my old PC, but in few months I'm going to buy used ThinkPad T43. Will it support external monitor with this resolution?

If it won't, which ThinkPad model should I choose to use it with 24" 1920x1200 external monitor?

Is this a DVI output monitor? If so the limit is 1280x1024@60Hz connected to a dock II. There is no DVI out on a T43.
