#1 Post by jamerslong » Mon Aug 20, 2007 1:58 am

i have here a 600x i purchased on ebay, the keyboard with it had a bad Left mouse button. they then sent me another keyboard but now the Right mouse button dosent work, and when i click the left button it clicks both buttons. could it be the keyboard or could it be the subcard?

i have a keyboard here with a bad trackpoint, how could i disable the trackpoint so i could test it

Difficult to say. That two different keyboards would have similar problems does seem to say it may not be them after all. Have you tried re-seating the Sub Card?

Thanks for the threads, i tried reseatting the subcard, but to no avail. i noticed that if i wiggled the cable around i would get the mouse to act up, but i am not sure, i will install the kb w the broken TP tomorrow and see if both buttons work.
