high freq noise around Lan&modem connector ?

my T40 has noise that coming from the areas around Lan&modem connector. what happened on my T40? and how to fix it?

The noise is heard when the screen is being redrawn. For example when a window is being restored from an iconified state. It is also heard when menus are drawn. Basically anything that involves drawing to the screen creates this noise.

So what does this "noise" sound like? The best way I can describe it is
that it sounds like high-pitched static. It sounds like it's coming
from the left side of the machine. It's independent of speaker volume -
both Windows controlled and buttons on the laptop controlled.
