Parts needed for HDD installation on Advanced Dock

Would anyone happen to know the part number(s) for the HDD installation kit for the Advanced Dock bay. I remember with my Dock II, I not only needed the HDD adapter used for the Thinkpad Ultrabay but also a bigger all plastic adapter in which to place the HDD adapter in order to have it fit in the Dock II. I notice on the Lenovo site, they say "Note: Ultrabay Enhanced second ThinkPad hard drive requires an Hard disk drive (HDD) installation kit. I cannot seem to find this item on the Lenovo site.

I have a T61p, HDD adapter 40Y8725, and Advanced Dock en route. When I look at my old Dock II for my T40p, I needed this other bigger plastic piece into which the HDD adapter fit fit before placing the whole works into the bay on the right side of the Dock II. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Thanks.
