Hello and Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions.
I recently had some big trouble and couldn't boot so I ended up rescuing my data and reloading the OS from the HD backup.
Lots of downloaded updates later, I have TV Client Security Solution loaded, but it doesn't do what I expect:
1. Even though the security chip is enabled, it never asks for the security code. Instead it justs asks for the windows logon.
2. It defaults to the administrator logon, instead of my user name. So I have to type in my user name and windows logon.
Any ideas on fixing this?
