Which type of 800 MHz or other PIII compatible for my A22m?

my board, cpu or both will need replacing.

anybody know the type of 800 Mhz cpu that belongs in my 28P8106 motherboard with 100 Mhz frontside bus. ibm type 2628-P1U. i found on ebay the following types of 800 PIII cpus: SL4GT and SL53M. what's the difference and which is compatible for my board? are these 495 pin micropga2 chips? also i found once source that says that my board is compatible up to 1.0 Ghz and downto 650 Mhz. can anyone verify this?
