I have this exact cleaner except that mine is bright red. I love that little flip out nozzle, good for tight corners. I never thought to clean my keyboard with it though, thanks.I've been happily using the Kyocera keyboard duster that Mike sent me.

What duster is that ?
Is it compressed air ?I'm a bit afraid that compressed air might blow dust into the laptop, instead of taking it out.

No, it does not blow out air, it is a vaccuum, it sucks in dirt. I use it mainly to get dirt along my baseboards and inside my car.

EDIT: Duh, it just dawned on me you were asking about the Kyocera duster, it is a little ............ I don't know how to describe him.......... a little bird like looking object with BIG SOFT HAIR sticking out and you use it as a duster along your keyboard and LCD.

You mean
this fellow here?

It's also a pen, if you pull off his feet. :)

Awesome. I've never had a use for a computer vacuum - perhaps this means I'm not geek enough?

It has been pointed out that use of a vaccum cleaner might create some static electricity:

Anyone have any comments ?

i allways disconnect the keyboard and blow into it for laptops. or if it is a simple desktop keyboard i just take it apart and put the top half in the dishwasher.

i have 2 longhaired cats and get alot of hair inside my keyboards
