How do you keep the screen at maximum brightness?

How do you keep the screen at maximum brightness?

Is it possible to keep the screen at maximum brightness while on battery?
When you unplug it from the wall power the screen dims. I can't seem to find any setting that will allow me to keep the backlight on at maximum while on battery.
